„Time management while neurodivergent“🕑 Are you struggling with every-day time management and/ or feel ashamed that you keep forgetting to take the wet laundry out of the washing machine? Are you, too, an irregular polygon trying to make yourself fit into a square everyday?Then join us for this hands-on, interactive workshop designed by & for neurodivergent individuals to explore how to be more in control of time, by learning to work with our beautiful divergent brains, and not against it.I believe that most of what disables us is a society not designed for difference, a society in which there is little room for our ways of being. –Marta RoseI’m Anna (she/her), a super-late diagnosed AuDHDer with dyscalculia, and ADHD coach trained through @adhdworks.Because numbers and maths in general posed such an immense struggle for me when I was in school, I had to work triple extra hard (as I’m sure many of you will have had to as well) for my lil’ brain to truly grasp and integrate the man-made concepts of time and the clock.📣 Spoiler alert: I haven’t figured it all out yet, and don’t hold a PhD in Timeliness; but one thing I know for sure: What has mainly stood in the way of me getting a handle on Time Management & Co. was not my neurodivergent brain per se – it was depreciating it, shaming myself for my shortcomings and masking, trying to be a square!♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️Why Attend?
This event is a safe space for the neurodivergent community to connect, learn, and share experiences. Whether you're managing ADHD, autism, or any other form of nd, this event aims to empower you with the soft & hard skills to handle time and tasks more gently!
What to expect from the workshop:PART 1️⃣:
–WTF is time?
–How can I get a handle on this “executive dysfunction” without despairing?
–The tips & tricks of nd time management
PART 2️⃣:
Hands-on creation time! We’ll be writing, drawing or scribbling our individual tour map/ guide/ field manual/ calendar/ agenda with the info learned earlier.
❗️If you’d like to come prepared >> brainstorm ahead of time a specific time-related issue or barrier you have, around which you can create your individual schedule or manual!Q&A (time permitting 😅)
–Reflecting and Goodbyes
♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️ ♾️❣️So, come and join us for an evening of learning, connection, and support! And as always, please be mindful of the limited space of this workshop and only RSVP if you really intend on attending.–end of text–

Coaching aims to provide clients an unbiased, non-judgemental space to explore their unique strengths and challenges. As a neurodivergent person myself I am able to provide you with support and guidance from a position of lived-experience.The coaching process means helping to guide the client – not to lecture or tell them what to do – towards finding individual methods to work with their nd brain, and not against it.

A bit about myself

Hello, it me!

👋 I’m Anna, I live in Berlin, am in my mid-40's, forever feeling as silly as a 12 year old. I was diagnosed with "ADHD with autistic traits" in August 2023, at the tender age of 44.Like many, who may be reading this, I realised way too late in life that I was in fact neither dumb + lazy + incapable, but that I was simply born with a different operating system in my brain. I realised this first through social media, which then led me to seek a medical diagnosis. And yes, my life got completely turned upside down, because – amongst other things – it finally helped me to stop gaslighting myself, or endlessly wishing I was able to do the things that others did so seemingly effortlessly. And wowser, the post-diagnosis rollercoaster of grief + joy + anger + sadness is intense!So, after a lifetime of living like a shell of a person, running entirely on anxiety and questionable coping mechanisms, (and mislabeling my psychological symptoms as 'personal failings') I now feel like I've got a new lease on life!ADHD Coaching has made such a huge impact in my life (as a client and a trainee coach), and now I want to pay it forward, and try my best to help as many fellows as I can…whilst I continue to figure it out myself;

Drop me a line if...
